We continue the Journey I – The Circle of Balance 💫
🫶 After the first meeting, where we explored emotions and their path toward inner light and freedom, we continue with a new stage: observing and becoming aware of emotions through the body.

Movement and sound for emotional release and reclaiming personal power

• Opening the Circle (15 min) – connecting in the sacred space of breath.
• Somatic Yoga (60 min) – gentle, mindful movement to explore areas where emotions and tension accumulate in the body.
• Breathing Break (10 min) – tea, quiet, breath.
• Release through Vibration (60 min) – Sound & Vibrational Therapy with sacred instruments (Tibetan bowls, gong, hang drum, etc.); vibrations support deep relaxation and emotional openness.
• Closing the Circle (5 min) – gratitude, short sharing, integration.
