Vertical Freedom Journeys – The Power is Within You

“Vertical Freedom Journeys” open the campaign “Thread by thread. You don’t lose who you are.” They are the introspection and prevention part of the project. From September 10, before the public events in October, we invite the community to a journey in six steps through therapy, art, breathing, and movement.

Participation is based on a suggested donation, with funds being directed to support oncology patients.

We wish that every person who feels the calling finds their place here.

1. The Circle of Healing – a safe space where emotions are heard and released through psychotherapy and sound vibration.

2. Meeting Yourself Through Art – through color and creativity, you express your emotions and discover hidden stories within yourself.

3. Clarity and Transformation – Psychology and ThetaHealing, to bring to light and transform hidden emotions and beliefs.

4. The Breath of Life – Wim Hof Method Breathing and Zen Meditation bring you back to the present and give you the power to be here and now.

5. Harmony of Body and Mind – deep relaxation, balance, and reconnection through Bowen and Seiki.

6. The Dance of Energy – integration of all experiences through Reiki and Yoga, into a state of unity, vitality, and inner peace.

It is best to follow all 6 meetings to understand the entire journey. But you can also choose only 3 or even a single meeting, depending on what you feel suits you.
